Challenged with revitalizing the slow mid-afternoon shift in stores across the country, Starbucks asked playworkgroup for help with strategic brainstorming and innovative thinking. We joined forces with in-house marketing to generate novel angles on the importance of the afternoon break, with an eye toward driving traffic, re-engaging the consumer and tapping ahead-of-the-curve retail trends.
